SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship all orders with FedEx ground and we require a signature confirmation. If you would like to waive your signature confirmation please email us immediately after placing your order at hello@wovenabode.com.

All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of order placement. If you have a special shipping need please contact us at hello@wovenabode.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All Taureg Mats will ship out after Jan 1 with U-Ship. Due to the large dimensions of this item, expected shipping time will be around 2-3 weeks

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. 

Each rug at Woven Abode is vintage or antique. Vintage items are often worn by time, and may contain blemishes, this is what makes each rug unique and should not be considered defective.
